GOOD TEACHERS CREATE GOOD STUDENTS

Good morning ladies and gentlemen

First of all, I would like to thank to the committee who has given me a chance to deliver my speech. In this beautiful occasion I would like to tell you all about "Good teachers create good students".

Honorable the teachers...

As a teacher, the future of our countries is depending on us because the young generations are on our hand. How we create our students means how we create their future and the country's future. Great country has great people. Now let me ask you a question, have you been a good teacher?

Dear audiences...

To answer the question above we need to think deeply because what we think is good doesn't mean good to our students. That's why we have to realize sincerely that what we do now is for many years later. So we are required to give the best to our students.

Respectable all the teachers...

We all know that being a good teacher is not that easy. But at least we try to give all our best to our country. With our love, patience, and sincerity could bring the students to achieve their dreams slowly. Besides that we have to be a good example in their daily life. We have to teach good habit and start it from ourselves. A little example when a teacher is addicted to cigarettes how the teachers can tell that smoking is not a good thing to do.

Dear audiences...

As a teacher we need to improve our good habits and apply good manner and behavior and also develop the country. We may face any difficulties and obstacles but do not even look back or stop your step to take our students to their dreams and bring our countries to the bright future.

Ladies and gentlemen...

THE IMPORTANCE OF TEAM WORK

Good morning ladies and gentlemen...

Thank you for the opportunity given, in this moment I would like to talk about "the importance of team work"

Dear audiences...

Whatever kind of individual he/she obviously has weaknesses and strengths. We may often think about people's weaknesses but we are too arrogant to think about our strengths. Now it's time for us to change our thoughts that way.

Team work is a good way to solve any problems. Teamwork determines the success of the company or organization.

Ladies and gentlemen...

Here I would like to tell about the aspects of teamwork.

First, understand the characteristic of each individual. Understand the characteristic of the team is an important thing to get the success together. By highly understanding the individual characteristic on team the target realization doesn't need much time.

Second, control egoism. When you are in teamwork we have to control our egoism and appreciate other's opinion. Because we have to realize that what we think is good doesn't mean good for others. We have to put the togetherness first to get the goal.

Third, the philosophy of teamwork; I do what you can't do and you do what I can't.

And the last, remember that "teamwork makes the dream work"
